Ik have 330 shards of Colonel Ward, but the quest "use X-Haul flyby" will not unlock (you need 200 shards). It shows it is complete but still locked because I don't have enough shards, even though I have more than needed.

This is a bug. The quest is looking for R5 shards instead of Colonel Ward. We are aware and looking into potential solutions.
