CLS not counting toward Journey Quest battles

I used Commander Luke Skywalker 3 times in battle and Luke Skywalker (Farmboy) 2 times in battle, but only got credit for 2 wins on the "Win 10 battles with any version of Luke Skywalker in your squad" mission on the Journey Quests.
