In Conquest, Sector 3 is bugged somewhere near the beginning. The enemies don’t die—they remain with very low health. Both battles are affected by this bug; no matter what team I use to attack, they still won’t die. I even tried attacking with Galactic, but it didn’t help. I can’t progress any further.

It’s not a bug. Read the description of the training droids data disc that you have equipped
