Could not attempt Journey (5 stars level) for Cassian even with reqs

Hi! 

I decided to upgrade the star levels on my era characters before the era finished. 

I got them all to 5 stars and level 85. The journey guide said I was able to attempt. However when I clicked on the bottob to start it said the event was closed. 

But it was clearly open. I started trying with plenty of time to finish the event but it still would not let me in. 

I bought $50 worth of crystals to bring my characters up and now I don't have Cassian at 5 stars and I don't have the 3 kyber LSTs. 

The crystal purchase was a waste without the grand prize. 

The in-game timer said there was still time on the clock to attempt the battle. If the battle was already locked then it should have stated that in game and I would not have bought crystals to attempt this. 

I added screenshots. The timer for the event was initially longer than shown when I first attempted. 

Edit: Please see my comment below as well. My era level 85 characters did not get their level 8 abilities meaning no zetas. Screen shot attached.

    EA_Gunner​ Hey Gunner. Looks like you changed this from new to resolved. But I did not get the in game changes for the zetas etc.

    Could you give me a bit of an update on what was actually resolved?

    I did not count on the risk of the timer not actually being accurate. 

    And I did not believe there would be any risk that I would not get my zetas applied either for characters at era level 85. 

    Clearly a bug to be rectified.

    While I don't disagree that displaying a timer should honor what the timer says, waiting until the last five minutes is pretty bold and risks a lot.

    At this point the biggest gripe I have is the missing zetas for all of the characters! We are talking a lot of materials missed even though I paid to my characters to era level 85. 

    The era level is shown on screen and my lack of zetas is also shown. 

    And I would like my 5 star Andor and zetas for him also. And the missed kyber LSTs.

    I found another bug that may be associated with this same issue. 

    All of my era characters are missing their level 8 abilities even though they were at era level 85.

     I have screenshots of this as well.
