CX-2 and LV ult charge description and gameplay mismatch

According to the description for CX-2's ability it states that he provides Lord Vader with 25% Ultimate Charge whenever he applies Order 66 to an enemy.  This was reinforced in the update notes when this part of the description was added.

Currently on the .gg website and in the game it seems that he provides Lord Vader 25% Ultimate Charge when any enemy gets Order 66 regardless of how they got it. 

Here is a clip where when Scorch had his taunt dispelled and applied Order 66, Lord Vader got ultimate charge.
