I just had the exact same issue. That is way too much money to miss those rewards. Also, I purchased this to get the Omnicrons to use in this upcoming GAC, which I won't be able to claim in time.
It's frustrating too because I had a similar issue to the previous commenter about submitting a ticket to EA Help about not getting Kessle Run rewards after spending $150 and had no resolution at all. I love this game and it's making me not want to make purchases anymore.
