Damage to Jabba not preserved in GA after submit

Lost my GA because after bringing opponent’s Jabba to red and doing submit to kill him with the next squad, Jabba starts the next round in nearly full health despite shown in red prior to the fight as if nothing happened. Reproduced it several times pressing submit, and every time at the beginning of a new fight Jabba’s health is restored despite shown as nearly dead in the menu before it, sample screenshots are attached:
