i tried to send the video in the replies of the last bug report i did but it said it wouldn't accept it... i have made the video showing it off, i learned that it isn't using force crush specifically that is making it countered, you have to be in merciless massacre, just doing force crush he doesn't get countered but doing merciless into it he gets countered.

From the video, it looks like you were in a conquest battle with the "Massively Overpowered" datadisc equipped. The counter is therefore not a bug but is working as intended.
