DCT w/ Knightfall Trooper Tags

Knightfall trooper isn't spawning in with the needed ds clones tags, and this is in turn disabling the extra effects in DCT's kit. Most importantly, the ability to inflict order 66 on basic. The respawned Knightfall trooper does however have the needed tag, its just the initial one. It also appears that team placement order does not change this.
