I'm experiencing the same bug. I just solo-ed node 1-F with a JAWA engineer and got credit for none of the detonations.
also despite the enemies being defeated it didn't count for defeating 5 enemies with JAWAs either.
Use JMLS and HODA only. 2 rounds to complete on a cheap node.
