Did not receive light speed bundle

I purchased the resistance rising lightspeed bundle on 10/17 but did not receive anything from it. I contacted support 3 different times through the app, and all 3 times they told me that I got everything and closed the ticket. EA live chat referred me to a specialist, who told me to contact support. It's been a week now and this issue isn't resolved.
