Did not receive the Ewoks in the C-3PO bundle

I'm posting this on here so my issue isn't forgotten, I purchased the C-3PO bundle as I hate grinding for the ewoks, and did not receive any of the lightspeed upgrades to my characters. I tried using the help feature in the App but after submitting pictures and conformations of my purchase, I've yet to here anything back after a couple of days. Would be awesome to get these characters so I can finally 7 star C-3PO. If it helps, my ally code is 892-671-137
