End of GAC Season Rewards Missing.

I, and at least one other member of my guild have not yet received GAC end of season rewards. I know it will take a minute to figure out what happened, but in the meantime. An announcement about the issue and assigning a debt to look into the issue as a high-to-urgent priority ticket would be a good idea. 

Whole the swgoh game is great, the software continues to be problematic. Whole I know not everything can be fixed all at once, we certainly can acknowledge high impact issues right away and give customers an idea of where things are at.

  • Best guess is some sort of record scan and business logic scheduled process either didn't run, didn't pull anything back to process, or is erroring when it runs on a record from the scan. Maybe some deadlocking or recent change. I'd check that and run it on some example accounts in a testing environment (hopefully you can copy production data to a lower environment and debug it)

  • Rewards were sent out at 3pm Pacific instead of 2pm, best guess is it's related to daylight savings time change last week.

    Everything in swgoh except GAC (2pm Pacific time) EoD rollover is daylight savings time change agnostic. Looks like End of Season (EoS) is also time change agnostic.
