An announcement about the issue and assigning a debt to look into the issue as a high-to-urgent priority ticket would be a good idea.
Whole the swgoh game is great, the software continues to be problematic. Whole I know not everything can be fixed all at once, we certainly can acknowledge high impact issues right away and give customers an idea of where things are at.
