I purchased the Episode pass plus on 6/3/25 via the SWGOH webstore using my android phone. My credit card was charged and I received a confirmation email. When logging into the game, I received an in-game mail stating I purchased the episode pass plus (unfortunately I dismissed the message and can't retrieve).
I have used the "Restore Purchases" button under Settings and tried restarting my game. This has not worked. I have cleared my game cache/memory on my phone, and then tried the "Restore Purchases" process again. This did not work. I downloaded the PC client, but it does not show up in game that way either.
Yesterday I contacted EA help via the Settings menu first on my phone, then on PC. I have a chat log with the Help desk I can provide for reference. Help desk was pretty much worthless, terrible customer service. I wasted most of my day off dealing with this :(
I can provide proof of purchase along with help desk chat log if requested.
