It either has an extremely low drop rate or the node is broken. I can spend literally thousands of cantina energy on refreshes and not get a single one to drop. This is more than infuriating and is completely halting my progress.
I could take screenshots of the next 20 pulls if you need proof. Or someone from CG can simply check my account and see when the last time I have earned flawed signal data with using cantina energy. I might have gotten 1 early on after the update but it's been literally nothing since. That update was almost a week ago.
I've had to resort to spending crystals for it instead of trying to farm it. Why have nodes with the same drop rate as it takes to earn omis? In fact I've earned 2 omis in this time and 1 signal data since the update. Meaning that omis are easier to get.
Anyone telling us that it's just bad rng can shove it. I used to get 2-6 or even more with every 100 energy I spent. It still took a while to farm but it was guaranteed to drop a few EVERY SINGLE TIME I used energy to farm it! This is not an exaggeration because I was happy with the amount I was able to farm before and it was consistent. Now they're no longer farmable.
This is also an issue with Incomplete Signal Data but I still get 2 of them. Which is not good at all when I would get more than double the drop rate of the flawed. It was a guaranteed 4-12 with every 100 energy. Not just 2.
CG increased the cost of the nodes and lowered the drop rate to next to nothing. This is incredibly infuriating and I cannot upgrade relic levels any longer. Thanks a lot CG
