Free Gems Popup Bug

I tried to redeem the 1000 free crystals, but I had just done the Kessel run events on the web so when I clicked redeem it said my session expired and needed to reset. Upon logging back in there are no popups anymore and I didn't receive my 1000 free gems. I've tried restarting the client and phone, also tried going through all the different tabs and areas of the game trying to make the popup appear again but no luck.
