GAC Banners not adding up correctly in Fleet Battles

I am posting this here because EA help told me I should post this here as you will see at the end of the post. On April 14th 2025 around 4pm I contacted EA Help when I just finished my fleet battles ...

    I don't know why status was changed to fixed, its clearly not fixed. I am still missing a boat load of rewards and my Grand Arena Rank is not fixed. Its been under investigation for over 2 weeks and nothing has been done.

    It's not fixed, why would you change the status to fix?
