This is still happening. Happened last GA round , and has again just now. The play buttons disappear and the characters just stand there in there static poses. The game has to either be forfeited or time out losing the round for me. It is an issue with the gameplay, not a connection or the platform I'm using. For such an expensive character this is ruining the gaming experience for players. Players have spent money gaining this exciting character and her team and now bugs and stops play when certain interactions happen. This will stop players from spending any more more unless things like this are prioritised in being fixed. Can I please request an update as to where you are with fixing?

Yes I agree !!! I often (80% of times) have this bug, but from opponent GL Ahsoka, I have reported this twice and they didn't have done anything. It's a shame. The bug exists since GL Ahsoka exists (5 months). They only fix bugs on $ packs. It's galling.
I'm so glad another person made a post about this. I have one that's 2 months old (link listed below), and it did not get any traction. Lost my GAC round today because of the bug
