I turned off audio and music and it didn’t crash. Was able to finish tier 4

The same for me 

We flagged this to studio. Go to settings and deactivate audio/music and special effects. This should allow you to complete the battle

Same problem for me. Since yesterdays update it crashes to phone desktop during the initial animation already.

I complete phase one then stuck on final phase screen.

Still not working. This is frustrating.

Crashes every time. Doesn’t crash anywhere else in the game. Submitted a complaint as instructed. Have heard nothing. How have they not fixed this yet? It’s great to grind for months towards unlocking a galactic legend only to get stiff-armed right before the end. Good stuff, EA. 

localsportteam​ I’ve read a lot of the same issue and the solution is turning off the sound in the game. I believe the audio file crashes the game?
