Glitch with my Greedo in Character Collection and in Battles

Hi my name's Dieter Roether which is my in game name how are you love what yous have really done with the game and can't wait on what new and exciting surprises yous have installed for all of us Star Wars fans and players of the game, I have a bit of a glitch issue with my Greedo where everything i go into Character Collection and click on him he is way down the bottom of his position and not centre like all of the other characters are how they are originally are meant to be, worse yet is everytime I use him in battle hheglitches through the ground, glitches while using abilities and glitches in the air, there was one occasion my Darth Vader did the same, can you please look into this for me as that I am not sure if anyone else is experiencing the same issues and glitches, thanks in advance and may the force be with yous, always.
