Got crystals instead of Depa Shards

Needed 29 shards to get to 6* 10/100  shards to be able to 7* at the end of the event. Instead of receiving shards I got an error message and the equivalent of what I spent in crystals but that’s not want I ordered! I reported ingame but as always very slow response and now I’m afraid I won’t be able to complete the event. Give me my shards, need some help here please!!
