I was given crystals and not the pack I purchased

I bought the Raddus LSB and I received an error message. I tried again and it went through. My account was charged twice and I received the pack and crystals. I do not want the crystals. Ally code 994142831

I had already re-purchased the bundle. I was charged 40 dollars twice. I need a refund.
