This has been going on for a few weeks but I finally realized what’s actually happening. At first I thought the store was broken because trying to purchase era materials would fail. It would say the purchase was successful and then immediately say there was a problem or that I had exceeded the number of purchases if I tried to buy a second one. In some cases I received crystals instead, and in other cases I received nothing at all and had to go to Apple and request a refund. After the last game update I tried again and the first purchase worked so I thought the problem was fixed. I purchased the first tier of the conquest ascension and that worked. The next day I tried to purchase the next tier and I got a message that I had exceeded the purchase limit and I got crystals instead. Obviously that’s not the case as the whole point of the ascension is to purchase additional tiers. I gave up and purchased the conquest energy calendar in the web store instead. Today I tried to purchase the Dedra pack for $29 and it said it was successful and then gave me the tier of the conquest ascension I had purchased days ago. That gave me an idea so I tried to purchase a $4.99 relic ascension bundle, which was also successful and sure enough, that gave me the Dedra pack. I’ve seen random reports of different store problems but not this one so if there’s something I can do to fix this let me know, since it seems I might be alone in having this problem. If it matters, I’m using and iPad Air running iOS 26.4 and I’ve been playing for years with no issues on various devices and on this one for a couple of years now, so maybe the newer OS is involved.

At this point i believe I’m still missing anything from the $5.99 purchase and the last $4.99 relic ascension bundle and Apple said that wasn’t eligible for a refund but didn’t explain why. So, I’d like something for the money once we figure out the problem.
