IPD appears to be buffed in TB. We have been unlocking Zeffo for nearly 2 years. We have had more failures (5) within the first 3 hours of TB than we usually do through the entire phase. Other guilds...
Ideas
We have some additional data from people that have older footage. It seems the source of the excess damage is because IPD is critting on its detonate, which it didn't used to do before.
