IPD appears to be buffed in TB. We have been unlocking Zeffo for nearly 2 years. We have had more failures (5) within the first 3 hours of TB than we usually do through the entire phase. Other guilds...

It feels like when the rework happened, somehow the TB Omicron for IPD got activated. The explosion hits so much harder now, it does feel like the 200% damage based on IPD health is active
