Jedi Knight Cal Impetuous Assault omi upgrade working outside of TB

The offense increase to allies is active in modes other than territory battles. If I am reading the code properly on .gg, the problem is that they didn't do a blackboard check for context #0 (the initial "is this a TB battle" context) for the 300% offense / special offense increase to allies after using. As a result this portion of the omicron is present in all game modes.

This is perhaps most noticeable when using JKCK as part of a squad fighting Ahsoka, her turn meter punish mechanic deals damage based off the person gaining TM's offense. There's a NOTICABLE increase in how much damage this deals in the event you both have the omicron upgrade for and use JKCK's Impetuous Assault as it increases the entire squads offense.
