I bought the Jedi Knight Revan Lightspeed Bundle 2 on Monday via the PC client. After the purchase completed, the client froze and had to be restarted. I had an inbox message stating there was a problem and received in the region of 2000 crystals instead.
The bundle was worth a lot more than this if I was to have bought everything that was included via the store and so I would request that the bundle I purchased be provided.
An EA Help ticket was raised on Monday immediately after the issue and has been sent for further review but there has been no update in 24 hours.
