This is really a problem... I had speed over 350 (more than in the guides) and BBs are still in stealth. Over 30 attempts with Godly Mods with Relic 5 and I still lost. Then I upgraded to Relic 7 with good RNG and after 20 attempts I won. The event should be the same difficulty every time it comes back.
