I have been earning GL Asohka shards. After the double drops started, I can no longer launch a battle in the Journey guide. I'm sitting on nearly 2000 regular energy that I don't want to use because my GL tickets are at max (144) and I can't earn more because I can't use the ones I have. I've tried launching solo journey events too and they don't work either. I click the button and nothing happens.

We've checked several Journey Guide events and they all started with no issue. Have you tried the troubleshooting steps listed HERE and/or HERE?

I'm having the same issue with my GL Rey. Battle button isn't working.
Same here! It didn’t happen at first with a different journey event. But I just switched to JKL and the battle button is able to be pressed but when I do nothing happens!
