I am on my phone currently and having the same issue. I’ve sent email and tried to get in contact with live support and received nothing so far.
hopefully they can get it figured out. I have a friend also playing on PC who is not experiencing any issues but according to the forums it seems like its a larger issue.
I'm having the same issue, i reported it few hours ago, i'm on pc also.
