OR vs Rey (Ben, Fulcrum, Cal, 50-RT) in TW 50-RT does AOE which takes out JKR, BS and Mission. Jolee tries to revive but nobody comes back. There's nothing in the 50-RT kit or DC that I can see to...

Well, Cal's TW omicron makes Fulcrum's omicron work while there are allies--are you sure it wasn't Fulcrum who defeated them to prevent revives?
Unless the bug is that with Cal's omicron Fulcrum is somehow applying revive immunity on all enemies, not just ones killed by her.
I confess to having forgotten about the Fulcrum omicron, but in this case it still shouldn't be the cause as it was 50-RT's AOE that did the killing.
Yeah, it's a bug if that's what's causing it. I'm just noticing that Cal's omicron is checked for in Fulcrum's kit, but since the swgoh.gg mechanics descriptions aren't real code, I can't tell if it's applying revive_immunity to everyone or checking who defeated them.
