Kleya Marki cannot be killed if luthen is dead before dropping below 25%

In kleya's 3v3 omicron it states "If Luthen Rael is an ally, Kleya can't be defeated until his Health is reduced to 25% or less. The first time Luthen Rael's Health is reduced to 25% or less, Kleya resets the cooldown of This Is Do or Die.". The can't be defeated until luthen has his health reduced clause doesn't have a failsafe for if luthen is A) Instakilled or B) Takes enough damage that he is defeated before dropping below 25% resulting in an unkillable Kleya. Please add a failsafe clause that requires luthen to be an active ally.
