Kyber LightSpeed Token Bought, No Token, No refund, Just Crystals

I payed for the Kyber Lightspeed Token and when I went to claim the token it instead gave me crystals. Even when I click restore purchases I don't get anything. I would like my token or at least my money back so I can buy it again.,

    Boot the game, enter game settings and select "support". Fill out the information and contact EA Help.

    I just did the same thing, bought through the web store but when went to the game said the same thing and gave me crystals.  Have plenty and wouldn’t have bought $15 of crystals.  Wanted to r5 STAP. Ally code 973-699-318
