This was not purchased via a bundle, it was awarded for completing tier 1 of the Maul event. It does not have any language indicating that Zeta and Omicron abilities are excluded. To the contrary, as evident in the screenshot I provided, it explicitly states that Boss Nass's lead ability will be brought up to Level 7
