Lag in shipments after purchase

Yeah, wasted 1280 crystals on more shards for my r9 padawan obi wan due to this. EA Support cannot reverse ingame purchases, will there be a way to recover the resources lost?

I’ve been screwed over  so many times when I use shards to “buy” things and they have NEVER sent me the stuff I had been farming for so I stopped spending $ on this game 

just get run around on “help” chat 

I've been playing since the beginning of SWGOH.

Lag purchasing shipments and lost crystals from resulting misclicks has me to the point that I am no longer logging in. I can forgive all the EA money grab moves, but I do actually need a game that works in a timely basis in order to play...

Ok, this is so game breaking for me. My resource levels are all through the roof cause I log in, buy one thing in shipments, remember how awful the lag is, and log back off. Sure is nice outside this time of year :) 

Is there an update?  Seems to have been for over a month now.

I rarely post anything in forums, but this is getting absolutely insane. The lag in shipments is killing the game. It started just after the patch in July. Nothing fixed yet, it's a disgrace.

This is STILL an issue. I just attempted to get my crystals refunded through EA Help and they were of no assistance. If you ever get paired with Pawan2, expect there to be ZERO movement or resolution. They provided canned copy/paste responses and dismissed the lag as a non-issue stating "Well there is no such lagging issue reported by any player." Then they changed their story when I provided them the link to this thread and the Reddit thread. What a joke.

This lag is getting ridiculous now
