Lag, lag, lag and.... more lag

Can someone explain to me what to do if support has been silent for 4 days already and the forum is half-dead?I'm having issues with my new account:

• the ship tutorial is completely stuck
• the legendary event is unavailable
• half the buttons in the game don't work
• the game is asking me to do things that unlock at account level 60, but I'm only level 49?!?!??! How is that even possible???
• after the 10th anniversary update the game started lagging/freezing horribly with constant disconnects.

The forum threads are a whole separate blockbuster tragedy. Where am I supposed to report these problems?!

Since they update , all my fleet battles are out of time, lost in 2 days 600 crystals , normally i finish second every day. Now i'm 21 .... Same in ga battles, i couldn't even Beat a Saw team ( relic 5 )  because out of time ( again) . I had 1 battles that started to fight at 4min 20 , so it lost already 40 sec before the battles even started , and than another time lost of 10 sec And so on ....i have the problem both on my phone and tablet.

Just lost a Grand Arena due to lag from the jawa cron. Had over 200 thermals on a phoenix team, but nobody was taking a turn for 30-40 seconds.

Same issue for me. Last week before the major update, my GAC battles went normally. But this week after the major update, GAC battles, especially the ones involving mass assists, became extremely laggy. The worst I've seen is that my BKM calling mass assists of the entire team took almost 1 minute to finish the entire animation.

Exactly, this is BS!! I am timing out in Fleet Arena losing 1000's of crystals over these days!

People in my guild are saying they’re losing matches left and right due to the game lag in GAC.
