I recently purchased the light speed 5 relic rebel token and it did not upgrade all my skills to level 7. I used it on my saw gerrera character and he did get the boost to 5 tier relic, my leader skill still remained level 6 even when the token indicated that it would be upgraded to level. Please look into this thank you

If that's the case, then it's a bug, yup. Plenty of people have made the mistake of buying LSTs thinking it'll upgrade Zetas and it's still happening. You can blame the players, but it's badly designed if players are making mistakes. They really should have made it clearer by now, as people are purchasing these with money.
I must have missed the part where it said zeta then. In that case tho when I went to use the token on my character in the box where it tells you what skills would be upgraded it highlighted that the leader skill would go from 6 to 7. Then that's the bug lol
They don't go to level 7 if level 7 is an omicron or zeta. Not very intuitive (i.e. a lot of people have made this mistake/assumption). However, if you scroll through the conditions, it's stated.
