Hello looking for some assistance, There appears to be some sort of issue with my account.
I seem to be having issues with lightspeed bundles / lightspeed tokens not working on my account recently. I received assistance on the following issue. I did see your attempt to fix in my inbox, I had the missing token that your team pushed. When I clicked dismiss nothing happened on the account. The lightspeed token did not trigger, it was not present where lightspeed tokens are. It just vanished. None of the characters that were supposed to be updated with Luke's Allies Lightspeed bundle II have been modified to the target relic levels. The lightspeed token/bundle just did nothing. I did click restore purchases multiple times over the weekend with no effect. My characters are still not relic 7.

To compound the issue I tried to purchase the Kyber Bad Batch LST. I can apply it to all 5 characters. Instead of giving me the lightspeed token it just gave me crystals. I think there is something fundamentally broken with my account as I don't seem to get the tokens or they don't apply to my account now ever since trying to get the Luke's Allies Lightspeed bundle II.
I am looking to get the tokens for my purchases and them apply correctly to my account and help as I would like to feel I can purchase future lightspeed tokens and bundles and have them work. My purchase history for the bad batch token is attached. Ally code is 183-927-471
