LSB bought as a gift not received

Today I bought a gift for my guildmate in the game LSB – Malgus. However, my guildmate did not receive the gift, and Malgus was added to my own collection instead. How did this happen? I don’t need Malgus, it was supposed to be a gift.

This happened to me as well but I tried multiple times for two different guild mates… and my account was charged. Need this fixed

It has not shown up in my inbox and he and I have been checking for almost the last hour.

Is there something I need to do? I've tried restoring purchases, I've force quit the game, restarted my phone, and deleted and reinstalled the game. I checked for a game update in the Apple Store as well and don't find one.

Hello, I gifted a guildmate the Malgus LSB and he has not received it. When I try to gift it to him again, I see the 'Purchase Pending' error screen. The charge has cleared with my bank and the gifted LSB is paid for. He also logged out and back in and this did not work. Anyone else having this issue?

The issue im having is that no one has gifted me the Malgus LSB. Sigh

I am in a similar boat. Guild mate bought me the bundle and he's been charged. Nothing showed up

Now like 3 or 4 days ago i bought the Malgus LSB for a friend but it was given to me by mistake. I have no use for him and i have not even touched him since he was entered into my inventory. Just please give him to my friend instead.

My friend of mine bought me the Ben Solo lightspeed bundle and despite waiting a while and refreshing several times, i did not recieve it in my inbox.

The lack of help and responsiveness has led me to quit playing this game. I feel I can't trust the company with money after this. 

I have recommended my friend pursue a refund for the unfulfilled gift.

Hey this is happening to me as well! I gifted the Malgus LSB to two different guildmates. EA help is unresponsive. My bank was charged for both LSB's and my guildmates haven't received them!!!

Update: I've been asked to log into my cases and resume a case but all get a never ending connecting screen.

I didn't get any responses until I mentioned I'm quitting (which I still am, I don't think there's anything that will change that...I feel like that at best there's a loss of trust and no attempt to win it back, and at worse there's a scam...$40 is a decent amount of money to a lot of people).

I attempted to buy Ben Solo LSB gift for my wife 3 times. She didn’t receive any of the 3 but I’m still being charged…big cringe. I’ve requested a refund via Apple Store.

I have given up getting help on this. I have expressed disappointment at the lack of helpfulness on this subject. I encourage the rest of you to raise your voices about it too, because this is unacceptable, and the silence is worse.
