Same problem for me. I selected Chirrut to help with my Hondo farm who was Gear 7 or 8, and the option greyed out. After selecting Hoth Rebel Scout, then back to Chirrut, when I hit upgrade with Chirrut selected, Scout was upgraded instead. Really hoping this gets fixed and the LSTs reverted
