I'm so glad I checked to see if anyone else had this problem. I had this exact problem however my 2 characters involved were Ahsoka tano fulcrum and Lando calrissian. I did not have any intention of upgrading fulcrum I needed lando for My journey of event for Luke. I was really hoping to avoid having to gear up lando. Such a bummer
