Mace Windu lost all skill levels

I have a Mace Windu, who was upgraded with a lightspeed token, obtained from an anniversary quest. 
The token promotes Mace’s skills level to lvl 7 including zeta, as it said in a description on the first screenshot. But rhe second screenshot shows that the zeta abilities are lost. I found out today that he lost his abilities, levelled them up by myself as firstly I thought it was my mistake not to upgrade him. But then I realised it is a bug, so I stopped before zeta’s and decided to report. 
One more thing is that the token is now showed as an obtainable one, but in the search it is empty, nowhere to obtain.
