On Phase 2/2 of the tier 4 heroes journey the ATST won’t attack and I can’t take any moves in the battle.

Hi! I managed to find a solution if you’re still struggling. Had to mute the game audio in the main settings outside of battle, enter the battle, and then wait 60 seconds before attacking on wave 2 and it should progress fine
Sorry for the delayed reply, I resolved the issue using the same methods. Glad I’m not crazy lol. Thank you for the help.
