Matchmaking issue in Grand Arena

Hello,

 

I would like to report a possible matchmaking issue in Grand Arena.

 

I am currently in Carbonite League 4, with a Galactic Power of under 1.4 million. In my current 3v3 Grand Arena group, 7 of 8 players (including myself) have Galactic Power under 1.4 million.

 

However, one player in the group is from Chromium League 5 and has over 8.5 million Galactic Power. This creates an extreme imbalance and makes the competition unfair for all other players in the group.

 

I am concerned that this may be a bug or an error in the matchmaking system, as such a large discrepancy in GP and league placement seems unintended.

 

Please review this case. I can provide screenshots if needed.

    If they're in Chromium 5 then it's a bug.  However, your screen shots don't show the players league/division.

    If it's that the player is 8.5 million and 'should be' in Chromium 5, then that is not a bug.  Unfortunately, this player has fallen to Carbonite 4 due to inactivity.  Yes, it's not great that it affects your enjoyment and ability to play in GAC.  Sadly, it doesn't look like there is a fix for this on the cards.

    OK, I eventually found it, they're in Carbonite 4. https://swgoh.gg/p/431148215/  This is not a bug.  I did find a player with the same name in Chromium, maybe you did the same?
