Great Mother's "Doomed" effect states it prevents stealth on those enemies while they are doomed.
Maz's ability where she steals stealth from enemies and applies it to herself and some allies bypasses this functionality and still applies stealth to herself even while she is doomed. I've attached 3 screenshots from a fight below to show her right after she is doomed, and then right after she uses her stealth stealing special, and then the next turn where she is untargetable via stealth.

I have also noticed that Quiggold was able to get protection up while doomed, I'm not sure if this is just new versions of the buffs that were created through the steal mechanic, but they seem to bypass the immunities set in place by the Doomed effect.
The steal function appears to make new versions of the buffs that aren’t being blocked out by the doomed mechanic properly. Neither Quiggold nor Maz should be able to have those buffs while doomed as it entirely blocks its key functionality. I’ve noticed this happening as well with both of the se characters while dooming them in arena tests as well as in TW
