Missing Connect Button

Hi, I'm missing the connect button. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game and it's still not showing.

 

Prior to this issue I also noticed that when the game force closed or crashed it would log me in with a different account every time.

    This is not a bug. You're playing with an underage account. Reach out to EA Help within the game and ask for assistance.
