Missing crystals after a purchase

Hello,

I made a purchase which unfortunately did not go through on the Webstore, but it did subtract funds from my credit card. Important to note is that I did this purchase from the browser on my PC, while the previous and the next one I did from a browser on my phone. I can provide payment details from my bank application, and email confirmation I had received from EA. Ally code is: 646-677-957

    Kiss your money goodbye.

    in the future do not make purchases through web store. EA and CG has created the worlds worst customer service so you give up and they keep the money they have stolen from you. 
    if you want to spend, spend inside the game. That way you can get refunded very easily through the Apple Store or whatever platform you are on.

    when you buy in game you are not CG’s customer and they cant gatekeep refunds. That’s why they created the webstore, so they can more efficiently screw you over.
