Missing free pirate pack pop-up

As per title .. I have not received any pirates pop up. My vane is 7stars, so I should have 2 .

i’ve had the crystals pop up around 4pm EST , like a bunch of other ppl that had not received them .

and like the same bunch of ppl, we still have not received the pirates !

Please , help 

same issue, just had my crystals pop up (literally just now) but no Pirates... i do not have any pirate 7* so apparently should get 3 pop ups.

also i am on android and PC client so its not an IOS issue if that helps any

Yeah, tried pc too but nothing .

Tried with ingame support, but they’re useful as an umbrella during a tornado

What does it means ? 48 ppl in my guild got them. Other 50 from our sister guild got it too . 

Same no pirat pop ups only the crystal one yesterday. 
have ithano kix and vane 7 star the others not.

I have not had the pop up either. No pirates at 7*. Tried on iOS and PC. I did get the crystal popup.
