Missing GAC banners

I think the battle time is the crux of the matter and the game not knowing if I did or didn’t exceed it.

It appeared that Ben was killed exactly as the battle finished. The game initially seemed to think I had lost  (it said Defeated) and then seems to have changed its mind and counted it as a win as it returned me to the Grand Arena Event screen. It cleared the battle and sector, as shown in the attached screenshot above. 

I don’t have a problem if it happened after the allotted time, counted as a loss and had let me do the battle again with just Ben, assuming I had submitted the battle which I would have done. 

I don’t have a problem if it counted as a win and it gave me the appropriate banners. 

Unfortunately it did neither of these. 

EA_Gunner​ This is from swgoh.gg, it seems to show all characters defeated but also a draw?

Even my opponent believes I should have won the GAC. 

I have exactly the same issue and cost me not only the battle but ultimately dropping Kyber level, crystals etc

despite repeated efforts to report through on help function in game I was directed to upvote and report here - but will anything be done or reparation be made 

The battle was 5 min and 11 sec long.

I obviously have no control over the battle time whatsoever. 
Should it have counted as a win, or a loss?

If it should count as a loss why did the game clear the battle and sector? Surely this is a bug?

If it should count as a win, why did the game not award the correct banners? 

This isn't right EA_Gunner​  .  They may have told you 'it isn't a bug, WAI', but whoever said it, is clueless.

The goal is to clear the team, and the team is cleared.  So, points need to be awarded for clearing the team.  Sure, it was over-time so the bonus points for clearing it first time shouldn't be awarded. 

However, not awarding any points, basically makes the whole GAC round a loss due to a mechanical quirk........................it's not right and whoever thinks it is right, doesn't understand GAC.
